Ceramic PSA Sandpaper Rolls
2.75" Width x 10 Yards Length
In stock
Serious Grit PSA sandpaper rolls are made with ceramic grain designed to last longer than other abrasive grains, ensuring long-lasting durability and reliable performance for smoothing out rough edges, removing rust, shaping and sanding surfaces.
The roll has an adhesive backing that makes it easy to apply and keeps it securely in place while you work. This means you can focus on achieving smooth and consistent results without worrying about slippage or movement.
Our sandpaper comes in a continuous roll that can be easily cut to your desired length, allowing you to save money by minimizing waste and always having the right size for your specific tasks.
Our adhesive sandpaper rolls also come in a variety of grits, from coarse grits 40 and 60 to fine grits 80, 120, 150, 180, and 220. This means you can choose the perfect grit for your specific project, whether you're sanding wood, metal, plastic, epoxy, or painted surfaces.
Each roll is 2.75" wide. The 40 grit and 60 grit rolls are 10 yards long. All other grits (80-800) are 20 yards long.
What makes Serious Grit seriously good sandpaper?
- Longer Lifespan - Our sandpaper roll is engineered with ceramic grain that is designed to cut faster and last longer than most abrasive grain.
- Adhesive Backed Sandpaper - Our sandpaper features a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing that allows you to simply peel off the paper backing and stick the sandpaper directly onto your workbench, straight line air sander, or sanding block for sanding.
- Cut to Size - It comes in a continuous roll that can be easily cut to your desired length, so you can get the right size for your specific woodworking, metalworking, or automotive use.
- Sandpaper for Sharpening - Our adhesive-backed sandpaper rolls are perfect for using the Scary Sharp Method of knife and woodworking tool sharpening. Shape and hone chisels, sharpen plane irons or blades, flatten plane block or hand plane soles, and more with our long stickyback sandpaper rolls. We recommend using a granite surface plate or float glass for a dead flat surface, but a flat workbench will also work.

Our Secret Formula
We'll let you in on some secrets - here are 3 of the ingredients that make our discs so famous.
Film Construction
What does that mean? Well most rolls adhere the abrasive grain to a backing made of paper. Ours use a polyester film backing which is usually reserved for the highest end professional rolls due to the costs involved but we bring it to everyone.
Anti-Clog Coating
Our proprietary heat treated zinc stearate coating resists clogging so the abrasive surface stays cleaner and cuts more effectively for longer - especially on soft materials like paint, primer, softwoods, and drywall compound.
Premium PSA Backing
We use a premium PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) backing material to ensure these rolls stick to your block or sander securely and remove with minimal residue or cleanup required.

Made To Last
Say goodbye to torn edges. Our discs are backed with a flexible polyester film that resists tearing, cracking, and edge breakdown—especially around hole patterns where paper often fails. That means fewer wasted discs and more time sanding.
Flawless Finish
The polyester film backing is perfectly flat and won’t wrinkle or deform under pressure. That creates a consistent surface that holds abrasive grain evenly across the disc—so you get a uniform scratch pattern and a smoother final finish with less effort.
Wet/Dry Ready
Paper backing swells and breaks down when exposed to water, but film stays stable. Our discs are built with a waterproof film layer that won’t warp, even in wet sanding or high-humidity environments—so you can sand confidently in any environment.
