Serious Grit 5" 8 Hole sanding discs are premium film-backed discs designed to fit most 5" random orbital sanders. We offer grits from 40 - 800 for everything from rough shaping to fine finishing work. See below for compatibility guide.
Mixed grit box includes 10 of each - 80, 120, 150, 180, and 220.
What makes Serious Grit damn good sandpaper?
- Lasts Longer - the heat treated aluminum oxide grain is self-sharpening so you get an even finish throughout the life of the disc.
- Won't Tear - rather than the typical paper material most sanding discs use, ours use a super strong film material that is both waterproof and very resistant to tearing.
- Doesn't Clog - when your discs clog up with material, they lose their effectiveness quickly. Ours use a proprietary non-loading open coat zinc stearate that sheds the dust before it has a chance to clog up.
- Reusable - our hook and loop material is made from a more expensive 60% nylon blend which enables it to be removed and reapplied more times than the competition. This means no more discs flying off your sander and less money wasted.

best sander paper ever used!
Honestly i have been very pleased with the quality of these sandpaper!

Love it
The best sand paper out there. My only paper I use in my shop now!

Impressed
So far the 150 discs seem to be lasting roughly twice as long as the klingspor discs I have used for many years.

5 Stars! Excellent value for the money, very happy so far.
I am always looking for better value especially when it comes to consumables like Sandpaper. I tried cheap (on Amazon) but for as long as the paper lasted, it turned out to be not so cheap, since I was going through disks so quickly. So I tried DuraGold, and a couple other brands, and then finally tried Serious Grit (a friend sent me a few sample disks) and it blew me away how effective they are, how consistent the sanding disks are, (and they actually stay stuck to my Dewalt R.O.S., several other papers would not stay stuck to it) , and then ran some numbers based on that, and got to say Serious Grit is one of the best bang-for-the-buck values you'll ever find.
