3" x 5" Sanding Sheets

Serious Grit's 3" x 5" (80mm x 133mm) 14-Hole hook and loop sanding sheets are the perfect match for your Festool RTS 400 or Mirka 353 sander.

With their high quality film construction, durable hook and loop backing, and proprietary zinc stearate anti-clog coating, these sheets won't let you down in your shop.

Featuring a range of grits from 40 - 320 and an variety box option containing 80-320, Serious Grit will help you get the job done. This has been one of our most requested sizes from our loyal fan base and we're thrilled to finally offer them for sale. 

Each box contains 50 sheets, except for the 40 grit and 60 grit boxes, which contain 25 discs each.

Mixed grit box includes 10 sheets of each - 80, 120, 150, 180, and 220 grit.

These sanding sheets are ideal for sanding all surfaces, including wood, metal, drywall, epoxy, and painted surfaces.
  
• HOOK & LOOP-BACKED FILM SHEETS – Our sanding sheets are constructed with a heavy-duty polyester film backing material between the aluminum oxide abrasive grain and the hook and loop backing. This premium material creates a stronger disc, with more effective heat dissipation, and a better finish. These wet/dry discs are perfect for woodworking, auto body work including paint removal and wet sanding, and more.
• MORE DURABLE – Our sanding sheets are made with polyester film construction which makes them nearly impossible to tear. No more frayed or torn edges when sanding around corners.
• LESS CLOGGING – Our proprietary heat-treated zinc stearate anti-clog coating sheds dust before it has a chance to clog up your disc, making these discs virtually dust free when paired with a dust extractor or vacuum system.
• SMOOTHER FINISH – The film construction creates a flatter, stronger disc that produces a better finish vs paper, mesh, or net sanding discs. With our anti-clog coating, the entire surface area of the disc stays effective longer, which improves cutting power and leads to a more consistent swirl-free finish.
